I lived there for one year. My car was burglarized, my screen door took 8 months to be repaired, my neighbors housed chickens in the apartment across from me (known to management), I had to call the police 4 times about neighbors up at 3-4 a.m. drinking, doing drugs, swearing, etc. Management was told but nothing happened for weeks. My apartment was flooded due to the maintenance persons "repairs", had no use of my second bedroom for a week and lived with boxes in my livingroom..,in general, slow response to repairs (carport lights out for nearly 2 weeks - during that time my car was burglarized). A former Manager was wonderful. The 'Boss' appears to be nice at first, but is not. She is only interested in getting your money and putting out the least amount of energy. It is a beautiful unit, but there is no warmth there. For the money, if you work and are only there at night and on weekends, it isn't worth it. If you need to sleep at night, be sure to let Management know about your neighbors, call the police, record their visits, and if necessary, sue-you have the right to the quiet enjoyment of your unit.
