This was the worst renting experience my family has ever had. Janine's attitude was always rude and condescending; never pleasant. For some reason she thinks she is better than everyone. We signed a 6 month lease and when the lease was up, we received a letter informing us that rent had gone up: We decided to move. Not only was Jeanine evil in regards to moving out but, she has gone out of her way to charge us the highest rate for every possible fee (over $3,000 in fees). Now I am taking the matter to small claims court. Please let me be clear when I say the apartments are beautiful and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, Janine's attitude throws an ugly dark cloud over life at the Commons Apartments. It is not worth the trouble and neither is she.

Sorry to hear you had such a problem. I can't believe the owners haven't taken action against that horrible woman. Anyone reading this: DO NOT RENT AT THESE APARTMENTS! There are other apartments in Vacaville that are similar or nicer, charge less rent, and have staff that aren't minions of the -----.
