Terrible Office Staff

My husband and I moved into The Commons about two months ago and have had problems with the office since we got here. The first problem that occurred was when we needed to pick a box up from the office and they were out. The sign said they would be back by 1:30, but of course it was almost three before they returned. When I finally went in the office to get the box it seemed as if the leasing consultant had been out golfing and had a woman in the office with him. The second problem was with our dog. We pay a pet fee each month to go with our obnoxiously high rent, yet they cannot find the time to put bags out to clean up after our dog. We have brought it to their attention before, and we were told "Thank you for bringing this to our attention". A week later they took care of it. Since my husband is in the military I have to walk our dog at night with all of the lights that are out around the property. I have written the office letters and told them personally that this is a safety issue. It has been over two weeks and none of the lights have been fixed. On top of that we have had a HUGE bug problem. We killed at least ten spiders the first week or so we were here, and continue to kill numerous other bugs. Apparently they actually have a company contracted to spray, but we still have this problem. I wouldn't recommend living in these apartments (my mother has been a manager my whole life this is by far the worst experience I've had apartments should not be run this way).

I know what you are talking about! That leasing guy is ridiculous and never in the office! When he is in the office, he is always on his cell or laptop, it is so annoying. I never had a bug problem, but I can totally sympathize with you about the staff. Even with the newer people, it's gotten worse. I am so glad that I moved and stopped wasting my money living there!

Were you actually on the lease? And if you were, I bet you are hating because you didn't get a deposit return...LOL Jumped ship I bet.

Why does it matter to you if he was on the lease? You don't work in the office, and it isn't funny that you assume he "jumped ship". Get a life and quit responding to what he has to say.
