this is actually my first apartment, its not THAT bad.... however i would see where someone over 30 or anyone who wants a quiet place would not b so happy with it. There are an abundance of younger people here mixed in with lots of military. Friday and Saterday nights there are ALWAYS drunks trying to make it back to their apartments with their not as drunk friends are laughing fairly loudly. Also the angry middle of the day drunks yelling at themselves as they are walking through the halls and asking if you have a cigarette.

The roaches here are a problem. Not so much near my apt (1st floor) but the parking lots are groooossssss... if i forget something in my car i know to wear sneakers not flip flops for sure!!! They are always flowing out of the sewers, but seem to mainly stay there. I found one on my patio but havent seen any since.

The Dog crap is a bit of an issue. However this is a pet freindly complex and they have sent out letters to everyone threatening fines if they dont pick it up. I would like to see more dog poop bag stands like their is next to the management office and a few more trash cans to put the poop bags in. That would help, but its still mostly the owners responsibility to clean that crap up. The only thing I have an issue with is the little vicious dogs that get loose and want to attack you. but thats personal prefrence I guess...

parking sucks. Not only if u have two cars, but the way the carports are built either the driver or the passenger cant get out because there is a car or a pole 6 inches away from the side of the door.

The noise isnt TOO bad. I never hear my neighbors on any side of us. Above us is another story. I dont even think they are playing the music that loud we can just hear it. Luckily for me they listen to the same type of music so i can just kinda sing along with it..... my neighbor across the hall has complained about the noise above them as well.

The grounds are well kept. Esp with the people that live here are slobs. They have their work cut out for them and they do a very good job mantaining it. even with the dog poop.

The staff is nice. They honestly do TRY to help you. I do have a feeling they are almost not allowed to do what they want to do to help because of costs or time or watever. They need a new manager.

Maintenence............. ill get back to u on this. We are currently waiting for a service order. Time is an issue with mold from a leaky ventalation system so well see how long it takes them to fix it. Its been a few days and we havent heard anything yet. but the wall is being quickly eaten away at and at this point everything in the closet is sitting on the dinner table, which is just a pain in the butt.


All in all its not that bad... Hopefully they will get that fixed in a timely fashion. Im more so wondering where some of these people work to have the money to live here and still have the money left over to get trashed everyday. But the apartments are nice inside. Good layout, spacious bathroom, huge closets, and the washer dryer are SUPER convienent. Also the patios are large. we actually fit a hammock on ours and still have room to walk :) There are lots of kids in this complex as well but I probably wouldnt have my kids live here.
