The grounds are always kept clean. The walls are thick enough. The maintence has been quick. THe management has never bothered me nor been nosey. I have one of the 1 rooms with a fire place which is great. There is a sauna and the jacuzzi is heated year round and the laundry rooms are always well maintained as are the grounds.
