The apartements look nice and were ok in the beginning. However the walls and ceiling were thin so I have the pleasure of hearing my upstairs neighbors have s** and my side neighbor listen to his loud music. I would even have the tv on and still hear the music.

Recently there was a water leak in the place. Since the water heaters are located outside the unit, the water marks on the exterior wall look like they came from the water heater. However the coat closet ceiling had leaked and was ruined. We asked them to fix it and it wasn't until a few days later that they began to fix it. They are very slow at fixing things and it seems strange considering this was serious (the carpet was wet and the closet smelled like chemicals). I had lived in another complex for 3 years prior and never had to deal with this level of incompetence.

Also they only give you one assigned parking spot so if you have two cars you have to fight for one of the few uncovered spots.
