Safety a problem do nothing managment..just plain crappy!!

Safety a major concern with a serial rapist loose in the area. Managment sent a vague memo indicating an "assault" had occured before it got out in the news it was actually a rape. Some poorly lit areas. Spas have gotten nasty with a red algae growing on the bottom. Sometimes the pool areas are locked because of really lazy staff. Difficult to get things fixed. Staff puts off or gives excuses (this guy sick(really off that day)etc). A real disappointment. Would not recommend.
