Dear possible tenant:

I used to live in River Run. Granted, I thought it looked like a decent place...and resonably priced too! However, after I moved in, "issues arose". High power bills due to poor insulation. A water heater almost as old as I am. A oven that leaked gas..(yes, I am not making that up). Crappy parking that often allowed vandals to break into cars. (While I was there, my SUV was broken into twice. We asked management to secure the parking lot, and several of us even offered to pay a extra fee, but they declined.)

But then to top it off, I was watching the news on a saturady night, and turned to a news live remote. (A news story shot live on a street.) As I watched the story, I started to recognize the surroundings...it was the corner of the street outside the River Run complex! Yes, as I stared in disbelief, the reporter was discussing the recent attempted assault and confirmed rape in the complex.
It then occured to me, I was learning about rapes or "assaults" on a tv station based in Sac. while property management took no action to notify residents. Imagine my shock.
Luckily, I moved out soon afterward.

However, my point is this; property management for this complex did not help me protect my family or personal property. They took actions, only when required by law. (And did a poor job of that.) Do you really think they are going to help you'
