We moved here in june of 07. The floors are slanted. You dont notice it till you get settled. The floors lean in different directions. The HVAC is crappy. The heater is run on hot water. So if you take a shower in the winter the heater blows cold. The house is different tempuratures in every room. The parking is horrible. There are very little open uncovered spots. So if you live with a roommaet then your screwed. I have told the manager that mud floods my parking spot and im told they will let the landscapers know. Nothing is done about it so I have to go out when it is raining and sweep the mud out of my spot so I dont track it in my car. The pool is typically kept clean. It nice they sign for packages unlike some apartment complexes.
The the bedrooms are very small in comparasen to the reat of the apartment.
