The apartments are great

I have lived here now for a year-and-a-half. The management staff is always friendly. The grounds are professionally cared for DAILY by grounds staff and several (yes, more than one) daily on-site maintenance personnel. My apartment was well cleaned upon move-in. They are EXTREMELY pet-friendly. The last two reveiews must be odd people, becasue I have talked to MANY tenants and none of us experienced what they claim. The pricing is VERY reasonable for Vacaville. ULTRA QUIET, even though it's accross the street from the High School. Several police Officers even live here.
