I chose Sandpiper Village because I loved the way the model units looked. When I moved into my unit is was a nightmare, I have never seen so much mold in my life. I seems to grow rampant through the apartment and cannot be removed by any cleaner. It is so disgusting. The walls are also very thin and if you are on the bottom unit you will hear EVERYTHING the person(s) above you is/are doing. Noise complains are usually disregarded with no action taken, even when noise continues to 3&4 in the morning, I was told I needed to contact the police department not the management. I have never in my 2 years there seen security walk the grounds as they claim. Maintenance is also an issue. It consisted of one very grumpy old man. I called them because the floor of my shower had a crack and water was leaking under the lino, he looked at me and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I never called maintenance again. So the floor is now perminately damaged (the damage shows through the lino) from years of water. The parking lot is clutterd with unregisted vehicles that never move and if you come home past 6pm getting a spot is a nighmare. I would not recomend Sandpiper to anyone. Ever.

I'M SORRY YOU DIDN'T STICK AROUND A LITTLE LONGER. WHEN THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY TOOK OVER EVERYTHING CHANGED. SURE THERE WAS SOME CONSTRUCTION TO DEAL WITH AND EVERYTHING THAT GOES ALONG WITH THAT, BUT THE END RESULT IS A NICE LOOKING COMPLEX. THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM GETS THINGS DONE QUICKLY AND THE MAINTENANCE GUYS KNOW THIER STUFF.
