NOT WORTH IT. The place, inside and out, is falling apart. We pay around $1100 for an apartment that's ugly, cramped, FALLING APART and dirty. There's constant construction but it only makes the place worse because of the old and new projects mismatching. We even had to report one of the construction workers for urinating in plain sight around seven in the morning along side the meter fence. Because the complex is across the street from the school there are always kids hanging out around the property and loitering everywhere after school or on their way to it. Our storage cupboard suddenly went out on us one day, the support snapping and causing our drawer to slide down inside. The sink leaks when you turn on the faucet, the shower door and laundry doors come off the track all the time, the dishwasher leaks on the rinse cycle, the fridge leaks some odd black liquid and there have been three successful and broad day break-ins on people I directly know at work. Because it's on Peabody road the complex attracts traffic and the cops are always somewhere around the complex responding to the neighbor arguments and complaints that are rude and disrespectful to surrounding neighbors. Last month two convicts came into the complex after crashing their car on the Sandpiper curb and the police had to come with the dogs and helicopters to find them. It was about ten at night and it was very unsettling when they left without finding them. I don't see that kind of business happening at a more respectful complex and I sure as heck don't plan on serving another term on my lease here. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look at other places before considering this one. The outside of the complex looks wellkept to attract residents but once you get inside the property things change. The only lights around the complex are by the dumpsters and most of the bulbs around the parking places are burnt out. The back bedroom has a draft, causing us to run the heat more thus resulting in a higher energy bill. The blinds fall out of their holders due to the previous residents taking them down to hang curtains and no one has bothered, with the $500 deposit they take, to fix this simple problem. Between urinating, dirty construction workers and convicts I don't think this is a very clean or safe place for residents who are looking for a nice place to live. It's really not that cheap and I know you're excited to find somewhere to live but consider these things carefully. IS IT WORTH IT''
