The management SUCKS and I believe1 of the manages is a racist. I lived in Sandpiper Village Apartments from 5/3/05 - 2/23/08 For the first year and a half no problems, We took care of our business came home, all was fine. In the of 2007, I got a new upstairs neighbor, this girl was a mother and a party girl, She very loud and disrespectful. One day, I decided to ask my neighbor to keep it down, I wanted all to be cool. I did not want to have to actually complain w/management, that is something I had not ever done before, so I went upstairs, introduced myself and ask her if they could please keep it down, I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on. Also, they through beer bottles over the balcony, just a bunch on immature acts. The neighbor replied, "they're kids", slammed the door in my face. So I was speechless, and shocked. I contacted managers, I told them what was going on loud partying, her kids were very little and out of control, running, stomping, jumping, they things that kid do when they're parents ignore them. The managers, they would take my complaints, "oh we'll tell her to keep it down", Oh no it didn't happen, I was a full time student, also myself and boyfriend worked 2 full time jobs, I ended up having to spend cash, to sleep in a Hotel Room to get a good night's rest before a test, We were practically never home, in and out because of the noise. And it just got worst, I thought of terminating our lease but then we'd be out of a lot more money. In addition, we wouldn't be able to move in to a new place. It was HELL! I ended up calling The manager Bosses in order to have gotten some reassurance that I was even being listened too. Speaking of them, they were so UNPROFESSIONAL, when I'd call, I called a lot. It didn't think it was fare for us to pay rent, and not be able to go to sleep at night. Anyways....when I'd call one day, and I complain again 2weeks later, their were time when management would tell me, "they forgot to write the previous complaint down", I'd call them and say the same thing that happened last week is still going on, and depending on who I talked to they'd say, " I had no idea that happened". Also not to mention, I called the cops on these neighbors at least 4 or 5 x's, I only called at 3 or 4 am, when I was really pissed, I didn't get sleep, and the noise continued. Now, that we are gone, we get a letter from SandpPiper Village Apt saying that we have to pay for $28.00 BLIND CLEANING, $71.70 BLIND REPAIRS, "none of the blinds are damaged either, also I lived there for a while, $300.00 CARPET CLEANING, $850.00 for rent that they claim I have to pay even though I moved out 2-days before my lease ended. $75.00 WALL REPAIRS "chipping". In my opinion I believe the Manager has been angry w/me since I called her boss regarding being ignored for 9months, I went through HELL from my upstairs neighbors. FYI- The main manager at SandPiper Village Apts, asked me, had I talked to my upstairs neighbor when I first called her regarding the problem, I told her yes, and what happened. My NEW apts management rules are to (not interact with our neighbor, if we had a problem, we should notify them, they will take care of whatever problems). SandPiper VIllage APts should practice this, they should also. Acknowledge people, and STOP discriminating on people. Just because my skin is dark it doesn't mean that I am a problem or a bad person, or a -----. I deserve the same respect as every other tenant, I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT TREATMENT, God Bless You! People please consider this... also... some of the APts in that place is nice and they're are other that are Terrible including the 1 I lived in, it shocked me to go into a friends Apt and they're look way better than mines interiors, it's wrong.

Wow. That was the hardest review to read. I guess the neighbor MUST have kept you from getting good sleep and MUST have affected your schooling. You cannot type/talk at all! Make sure you keep getting that education, because you REALLY need it.

i thought it was well writen and i took all my english classes in college. You must be bitter about somthing. Question? Why do you say "you can not type/talk"? how do you know what this person talks like?

I personally like how the review started and ended with racism. I disregarded the rest of it, already figuring the tenant has social/racial issues that tainted all of this. As for the person above, "how do you know what this person talks like?".. check this: Spelling errors, adding numbers to words, caps after commas, etc. If someone is going to talk about school and their education, they should make an effort to sound educated.

This is supposed to be a review about an apartment, she told us her experience for reference to us....why are you guys attacking her? get a life people, it doesn't matter what she went through no one should have to.
