I was there for 2 years and have no complants. It's 2 min from everything, parks, highway, schools, groceries, shopping! The grounds are beautiful in vegitation but not congestive. The breeze running through my apartment saved me cash in heating/cooling bills as well as brought in relaxing fresh air. I lived right along the street and it still felt like I was out of the city living. The property is well taken care of. I rarely had a problem with my place, but when I do the work order's handled with in the same day. The management and work staff are so sweet, flexable, and open minded to the comfort of your living standards. The grounds offer a relaxing clean pool, a gym, and a kitchen/lobby for your use. I vertually owned my apartment; every wall painted flowing with all I desired trim to trim with very little limitations to my elaborate decor. I looked at the other surrounding apartments from cheap to high cash and sandpiper out does them in open floor plans, attractive charactor, flexablitly and allowance to fit your personal living standard. I'm out in the desert now but already arranged to come right back to sandpiper. Thanks for all the help, attention, I can't wait to come back so please save me an apartment;)
