Because of the location there are always going to be traffic noise. The staff have been working with me and gave me a two days extra because of the Labor Day weekend. They also offered seperate payments on my deposit. I only see two staff member so far I can only imagine how much work they got to put up with. As for parking, I think they can do a better job. As for maintenance, they gave in to my request when I need something fixed. Safety, the lighting can be better. I noticed a tire that was in the middle of the road and it was picked up within 4 to 6 hours. That tells me maintenance are doing there job. This is also a pet friendly apartment. I noticed they provided a dog waste station but didn't have any bags in them. It's been 4 days so far. As for security, I have yet still need to observe. I read all the security issues and I think our staff should invest on providing an entry gate. This will prevent a lot of dangerous minorties stealing from our residents.
