Beware of the floods...

Here's the deal, I lived at the sycamores for 3 years, and I saw things that you wouldn't see in other complexes. A lot of people seem to complain about the littlest things, as if they were paying for a shangri-la experience. No apartment complex has an overall approval rating. I had a 1bd/1bath with Washer/Dryer. I didn't have any maintenance issues, but what sucked was my closet bar broke, and was fixed the same day.
The bad part about this complex is the north side parking. NO IT DOES NOT GET FLOODED OFTEN, but when it does, it's really bad. I lost my car in the 2006 new year's flood. Prior to that we never had a flood that bad. What caused it was the debris that was getting stuck on the drains. Then again, all of Vacaville was flooded. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
