Please new staff!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The management company needs to hire an office staff that maintains a customer service attitude rather than a manager whose best assets are physical and seems always at the ready to issue "violations" for things that aren't even violations of any part of the lease instead of addressing the real problems of late night noise, trashy tennants who don't pick up after thier pets, and people who leave garbage all over the place. Note to the office staff: You might do well to actually walk around outside once in a while so as to tow more than just the obvious violators of the parking policy.
