I don't know where thing negative tenant is coming from but i also live at the hills in a two bedroom and I've never experienced any problems like the ones on here. I do admit the pool needs to be better maintained but I let management know and there was a pool guy out there imminently taking care of the problem. as far as the office staff is concerned there are some new faces but trust me its for the best. The previous property manager never seemed to get anything done, she would say she'd call you back but never do so. So i'm extremely happy with the new changes and hope things stay like this for good. Keep it up guys!

You are full of crap! Fairfield's management was nothing but helpful and gracious. Davlyn is the worst ever!!!! The fitness center is filthy, the grounds are filthy, the landscape is dying out, people leave their crap in the breezeways of buildings, the fitness center equipment is broken for months at a time. Yes, rats do exist on this property and it's not because of the construction across the street. Again, the worst management staff and worst dwelling experience I have ever had. If you want to feel comfortable and safe, don't move here!!!!!
