We have a basically quiet apt. away from the street. The lady above has FOUR dogs, all of which exceed the allowed weight... Many other residents have LARGE dogs, that are barking at you from the balconies as you walk anywhere... There is a woman in her twenties who bounces back and forth from a half-way house to her apt.. She leaves the windows open, and talks day and night, cussing most of the time... The pool is okay, as is the hot tub, gym, and grills... They light... Parking is awful.... The place should rent 2 BR for about 1400 instead of the 16-1700 range they are getting... This is NOT luxury living, but I've seen worse....The staff is there for only one reason: the lease units... Once you're in, they don't care about you... They have NO after-hours security number, if someone is making a loud racket, like the crazy woman... It's tough to find a civilized apt. ANYWHERE ... I give this place 2.5 out of 5 stars.... P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
