It's awful. The Noise is unbearable. After 2am the bars close the traffic is loud and obnoxious. The gate code has been the same since it opened and everyone knows it. Cars have been broken into, so don't leave valuables. Not a family environment. Lots of dog and lots of, well, guess. Office staff is discourteous and downright rude. Way overpriced.

Maintenance is good.
