I have lived here for one year and I can't wait to move. I have made complaints about noise. I would recommend this complex, but you need have ear plugs because you hear blasting music. Doors are a heavy metal and sturdy that's a plus but the neighbors slam the doors like the dickens. Everyone from the Spectrum Club parks within the gates, because they just follow you in. The amount for a garage is outragous I already pay enough as it is. People abandon their cars and park way too close to you, be aware of the younger croud wrenching on their two stroke motorcylces. I have to admit this apartment complex has treated me well and their security is very responsive! Other than the noise I love this place. The resort style pool and spa is very well kept over-looking the golf course, I wish it didn't close at 10PM.
