This complex is a nightmare! LOUD COMPLEX! Thin walls.

Spectrum Club and Mall traffic follow you in the electric gate and park in ALL of the Visitor spaces (which is a BIG problem when you have company that can't find a place to park).

Resident's frequently ride loud two stroke motorcycles through the parking lot late at night. I complained about it to the apartment manager and these people are still riding their bikes.

Just a side note...the Montecito first floor apartments (facing the street/Spectrum club) could be dangerous. I know of at least two people personally that lived on the first floor that were burglerized while they were away. The balcony is right up against the sidewalk and is not gated. The first floor balcony is open for anyone wanting to gain access. You can see in from the street. Add lots of foot traffic to that and it's a bad situation. For that price I would look elsewhere.

I have since moved to the Pinnacle at Westridge and love it. For just $100 a month more I live in peace and quiet. Maintenance here is more than happy to give me a new air conditioning filter for free every three months. (Montecito never even offered once).

Long story short...Think twice before you sign a contract at Montecito.
