I lived at Montecito for two years with an awesome view of the golf course. The only reason I moved out was because my husband and I were recently relocated to the east coast. I never had any maintenance issues or complaints with the staff. In fact, Jodie, Lisa and Dave were always very kind and quick to assist. For all those previous unhappy residents...most of your complaints go along with living in an apartment community. Wake up to reality...nothing is perfect!
