We have been looking for weeks at all the different complexes offered in the SCV, and while many are beautiful and have great things about them, we felt that the Montecito far outweighed all the others. Yes, it may be a bit more pricey, but the location, cleanliness of the available units we saw, upkeep of the grounds and professionalism of the leasing staff made up for it. Savannah was very helpful and knowledgable and didn't get tired of our many questions we had for her. We had a lot of questions and concerns after reading the posts here! She is one of the reasons we came back to lease here, as we didn't feel pressure to hurry and make the decision and we didn't get the feeling like we were getting a sales pitch.
