I moved out after a year and frankly I couldn't wait to get out , it has gone down hill. Noisy all the time , dirty ...beer cans, beer cases , kids toys everywhere ..heel I have even walked past bowls of food left out on the sidewalk for days on end. The cops are there almost daily , I have had things stolen out of my garage when I was 10 feet away from it, my little dog was attacked by another big dog..TWICE and the management offered very little help or condolences. If I am going to spend that much on an apartment I expect a hell of alot better ....crap hole indeed !

I agree with your comment about the place going downhill. I used to love it at the Chateaux but now it's just not worth it. They lowered the rents on the moderate income families but kept the rent the same or raised them for anyone who didn't qualify for the program. Bad business. And the aggressive dogs must go. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
