I have lived here for almost two years now and have not had any issues. The rent is extremely cheap when you move in but does increase and it is currently 400 more a month than when we originally moved in. Other than that I have not had any issues. Maintenance staff responds quickly if any issues and the office staff is nice. It is a very nice location and a safe area. Parking could be better. People don't use their garages for parking and take up spots used for guests.

What you said about garages is totally true! I even saw my neighbors use one of the garages AS A BEDROOM!
