Ive lived at Provence at Valencia for about a year.... Upon moving in, the staff was very professional and helpful to every need I inquired about. Ive lived in Valencia for 3 years I was relocated hear from Texas for a job in Los Angeles. Before I moved here I had 2 weeks to look for an apartment home.I looked everywhere in the Santa Clarita area, and I finally choose Provence as my home.I love it here!!! I looked around and I noticed alot of the similar communities offered more amenities for a higher price, less sq. footage. Lets get real who in their right mind has all the time in the world to take advantage of all those "special features" We all work ( especially commuters) Overall Provence is the best price for your money and they welcome you with open arms here!!! Rent here They would love to have you as a resident!!!
