I have lived here for 4 months and it has been great!!! Im a single mom with 2 kids and I feel very safe here!! Great pool, gym, and my kids love the dancing water fountain. Yes, I have heard the some funny stories about how this place used to be....but I dont see problems here now. Provence does have new management and even though she is a very nice lady she does mean business when it pertains to following community rules!!! Its a great place to live!!
