Don't be fooled by the nice appearance...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
lived in the loft style 2 bd/2 bath...moved into brand new...fixtures fell apart often, major ant infestation - always emptying cabinets, closets for spraying...thin walls...new management, RREEF, sucked...first management group, Fairfield, pretty decent but when placed under the gun to fill the empty units, they let in all types of degenerates - several police calls weekly, domestic abuse - could hear the fights...tentants getting evicted daily by the sherrif...lots of drug activity...way overpriced - try renting a home or try another complex...gates always busted...Very disappointed - rented for 18 month lease...would NOT reccommend.
