By far one of the worst rental situations I have ever encountered! We had noisy neighbors (and I mean parties everyday till 3-4AM) nothing was done for almost a year! If you have school age children, god forbid they should forget their key. Neither they nor you will receive any help from management."Security" gates, never worked in the year we lived there. Water heater needed to be changed and it took 6 weeks! (in the winter, the heating system is fueled by hot water, toilets were constantly overflowing. And don't get me started on the trash! I agree with other revieweres that positive reviews must be management created. All of the people we met at Provence have since moved!
