We've lived at Provence nearly one year and, after a bit of a rough start, have been quite happy with our experience. Yes, there are some neighbors who party on their patio but "security" will come to the rescue if called. Our apartment is virtually soundproof from other residents, although the traffic noise at McBean & Copper Hill is quite loud, but that's not Provence's fault! Chuck, the maintenance supervisor, was great when our A/C leaked. It took a few days but our fridge was replaced when it broke. The staff tries their best to assist us and things are much better now that the gates have been fixed. There are tons of dogs here and many folks are negligent with cleaning up after them which is my biggest complaint. Yes the apartment is expensive and certainly not perfect, but it is what it is, and I think it's a pretty good place to live.
