i lived at provence for about a year and never had too many problems. my biggest complaint would be that the gates suck! they are always broken and the pass cards they give you NEVER EVER work and we always had to drive all the way around the complex to get to our building because our gate had no keypad access. but we got our apt. on a good special and I would definetly consider it again.
