If you are young and want to party and get wasted this is a good fit. There is partying all hours of the day and night here. Cops are here frequently to break things up. I wouldn't recommned for single women or having kids here. the gates are open and peole come in off the street all hours of the night. It is just not safe and it is very noisy. I am so glad I did not buy. Uggh. I only rent.
