don't rent here It's awful. The Noise is unbearable. After 2am the bars close the traffic is loud and obnoxious. The gate code has been the same since it opened and everyone knows it. Cars have been broken into, so don't leave valuables. Not a family environment. Lots of dog

Just don't do it.. Don't move here! it is really loud here, the parking is a joke. The people use to be decent, but there has been a lot of shady people moving in, and people getting muged, beat up, etc. The office staff doesn't care about you once you move in.

Good Place I was a single woman living here alone for almost a year.
It was safe, and a nice apartment.
One thing you have to remember in these reviews is a lot of people comment only their complaints.
I had a great attached garage.
Feet away from great bike trails.

Loud, noisy, trashy - stay away This place has gone down hill. I wouldn't let a friend rent here. We are moving. It is loud every night with college kids and thug like characters drinking and smoking and yelling. It's not for families. It's more like a community college dorm.
