Be Careful Very Deceiving - Where to start, this is the second time my wife and I have lived here, the first was from 2006-2008 1. For a 1B/1B upstairs unit rent was advertised at $786, Actual monthly rent $900 2. Yes rent was $786, however, this is the only complex I have ever known to charge you for water/sewer/garbage and yes a mandatory $30/month for basic cable whether you want it or not. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! - This place is so horrible. The people above us have 2 school aged children and they just let them run around, yell, bang, anything that is obnoxious they do it. Nice Apartments - I have lived at Regency Townhomes for 6 years now. I would recommend someone to stay here only because the apartments are spacious.
