The staff here is very unorganized; things are always different depending on who you are talking to. They are always making mistakes. The apartment was always filled with spiders, house centipedes and all different types of bugs. We had to "bug bomb" the place twice. Brown recluose spiders have bitten the neighbors, and the apartment above leaked. There is always parking available and on the outside it is very well kept. Not recommended.

Seriously! I got potatoe bugs, all spiders, hornettes nest in the front and back patios!! beetles and the windows are about to blow out because the water right there. It cracked the wall!! And the mold! The office knows about the mold because they tell you it "could" happen. They need to invest in dual pane windows
