The only good thing about Bay Village is location is close to freeways that is it. I only renewed last year due to location but had noisy neighbors that no matter the complaint management did nothing, the main drive entrance if leaving to work is used as a drop off location and u turns for people dropping off kids for school which is across the street and is annoying when everyday someone almost backs in to you everyday. Rent goes up every contract $100 apartments are crap if you don't have a remodel. When I transferred form 1 bed 1 bath to a 2 bed 1 bath I left apartment cleaner than when I moved in and I was charged 200 for clean up fee when I called the manager she said that they clean everything that most people don't like above the doors but when I moved in to the 2bd I checked and it was dirty above the doors and blinds were dirty. my contract is now up and was told that my rent is going up $100 again and since I want to leave this dump and have to wait a month or two that there is a $100 month to month fee after I just talked to management a week ago and told me it was a $50 fee so all they could say is sorry.
