Terrible Management

I really like my apartment, but when it came time to renew my lease the management completely took advantage of me and even though it was a month before I had to renew they put threatening letters up on my door. I also had an incident where I was robbed and asked if they could work with me on paying my rent a week late as I am a good tenant, paying on time and not causing problems, and they refused to work with me. They are far more interested in filling all of the empty units than taking care of the tenants already in residence.

I completely agree with what you put in your review. It is time to renew my lease as well and I am eager to leave Bay Village. Don't get me wrong, there has been some good things about this complex, but when it comes time to discuss rent or repairs, they don't want to work with you. It seems as if they don't understand the hardship that everyone is going through right now with the downfall of the economy. When I first moved in to Bay Village, I was very appreciative that they accepted my application, but when my apartment got broken into that's when it started to fall apart. I didn't feel protected at all after the break in. The management team is horrible. I don't trust them and if my situation were different I would have left a long time ago. It takes them forever to call you back and sometimes you have to call them again in order to get a response. Bay Village may be a good place to start, but not long term. -Unhappy Resident
