My husband and I were looking for apartments to rent and we came across Blue Rock Village. We heard some so-so feedback from tenants and from friends who had lived there in the past and although there wasn't much positive feedback (most was about robberies (apartments and cars being broken in to), no parking, staff who didn't care about anything but getting tennants in and out to make $ even if it meant lying...so even with the red flag- thought we'd check it out anyways. We made an appointment to check out the apartments, and we even came and hour early to make sure that we'd have enough time to tour the complex and also have to time to discuss other matters-we were left in the cold due to the staff galivanting while they should have been working. Then even though we had an appointment-he tells us to reschedule because its too late to tour-well no ---- your staff is no where to be found. We scheduled another appointment although our first experience was a rather negative one, and guess what' the same ---- HAPPENS! This time, the man who was supposed to tour us around took a group of who came in AFTER us and they did not have an appointment. He knew we were there first and he knew that we'd be in because he was the one who scheduled our tour. Unprofessional staff, crowded parking lots, the way they run things you'd think it was an apartment complex in the ghetto.
