I actually live in the complex and it's less than "ok". I was expecting more. The neighbors are sometimes noisy with their loud music and loud cars at 2am and someone keeps taking my car port spot. The staff in the front office is friendly... except for the one guy who shaves his head. He is a jerk who doesn't care about the problems that tenants experience. For instance, my gate key wasn't working and he acted like he didn't care. It took almost a month to get the problem fixed. My smoke detector has gone mad too! I won't even be cooking and it will just go off out of nowhere. The light outside of my front door STILL needs a new bulb and it has been out since before the day we moved in. Nobody has come to replace it yet. Also there was a dead cat in the parking lot next to my car spot and I came to the front door to the office to tell him about it and he shooed me away and didn't even wanna listen to what I had to say. He just completely ignored me because it was too early and the office wasn't open just yet. I'm a great tenant who always follows the rules and pays rent on time. I deserve to be listened to! I had also viewed Megan's Law and was surprised to be in a community with so many registered sex offenders. We have a newborn daughter and we area moving at the end of this month because I refuse to bring my daughter up around so many sex offenders!!! Very disappointed.

thank god someone is doing their research! MEGANS'S LAW AND FAMILY WATCH DOG are excellent websites, we all should be using them since management does not inform us about these sex offenders! what's up with them! I feel my children are not protected because of the cluster of offenders here. They are never out of my sight for a moment!
