I find the office staff, especially management (generally) unorganized, not helpful, and not genuinely concerned with any problems tenants might have. Grounds look nice, even impressive - green, nice architectual look, trees, etc. 1 spot per apartment in covered parking, any extra cars park in space surrounding ground within gate (ample). Have trouble with plumbing and recently water surfacing on the ceiling. Apartments interior vary (appliances - fridge, stove, and dishwasher), floors, and carpet (I suggest checking the actual apartment to be rented (not only model before security deposit). Upstairs is better (have rented both) - can hear walking of above tennants. Nice pool and hot-tub, ok/small gym, comes w/ cable for $30 automatically. Not as satisfied as I thought I would be from initial look. Actually looking to move within the year. "Just OK"
