From the time I moved into Blue Rock 1 year ago I could not wait for my lease to expire. The turn over here is 100%, no one ever stays after a year, the rent is jacked up so high it's a rip off. If you have any type of breathing problems, allergies, asthma, sinus, you can be assured that you will suffer terribly. BBQ pits are allowed, as many as you want on the patio's, no matter what size, the fumes and smoke fill your apartment and it is difficult to breath, there is little ventilation in the apartments, you can't breath. I belive the charcol fumes are very dangerous to your health. The apartments do not have air conditioning, in the summer it can be unbearable, leaving your windows open in not an option because the fumes and smoke fill your apartment. Check with other apartment complexes MOST of them only allow electric grill pits, which do not give off the terrible smoke and toxic fumes.

that little weasel daniel took my deposit and said its 72 hours refundable. i found a better place went back well within 72 hours they say ok they keep the application fee and they will mail me back the deposit minus the application fee...what kinda ---- is that. If they just want the 23 dollar app fee they could've had me write a seperate check for that and the deposit then rip up the deposit check but no they cashed it and I have to wait a week to get my 200 dollars back for nothing. That is some -------- right there
