Will tell you anything to get you in. Security is a joke. Parking is a nightmare. They are not to be trusted. Water and Garbage is more than most people pay for a 3 bedroom home. Water went from $16.00 a month to over $50.00 a month in 6 months. Sewage increased even more per month. So add an extra $100 to your rent a month. You are at their mercy. There are no individual Apt. meters so they Average. Yes.
It doesn't matter if you are gone for two weeks and use no water you still have to pay your part of the water bill. If there is just 1 or 2 of you and the people next door have 4 people, they might say 2 on their lease, you pay the same as they do even though you obviously use far less water. The they have a company who you pay your bill to who add on another $5 a month for administrative costs. The apartments are old and very noisy water pipes. What little outdoor lighting there is usually out. So a lot of pathways you have to walk from where you had to park you car are dark with a lot of bushes. The fact that it is gated is a joke. The gates are broken and stay open regularly. Mostly at night. Or people just wait to go in after another car. One poor lady had two of her car stolen in the same week. She moved. Your chrome center caps go real fast. The Management is in constant change and never honor anything the previous management told you.

This is not a place to rent from!!!!! All the reviews here are accurate it, is truly a nightmare at Blue Rock Village. If, you think of living here I suggest you read ALL of the reviews posted. My friends lease is up next month, his rent was $1230. amonth plus $30. for cable & an average of 70.00 for w/g/&s = $1330.! His, renew lease was given to him at $1280.amonth plus $35. for cable and an average of $80.00 for w/g/&s=
$1395. a month! SCAMMED & RAMMED BY BLUE ROCK VILLAGE! If you decide to move here be very clear of all hidden costs. The turn over is 100% after 1 year.
Your better off renting a little house.
