I JUST PASSED MY NEIGHBOR AND HE WAS BESIDE HIS SELF. HE HAS LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS AND JUST RECEIVED HIS LEASE RENEWAL NOTICE. HE SAID WHEN HE MOVED IN HIS RENT WAS $1100. (3 YRS.AGO) HIS RENEWAL NOTICE WAS $1580.00....$1580. FOR WHAT!!!!!!! YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR OWN CABLE, WATER, GARBAGE, AND ELECTRIC BILL... THAT COULD RUN YOU $200. DOLLARS EASY, EVEN IF YOU ARE CONSERVATIVE. I AM SO PISSED, THIS NEIGHBOR CAN NO LONGER CALL HIS LITTLE APARTMENT HOME. I WOULD THINK THERE WOULD BE SOME TYPE OF INCENTIVE HERE TO KEEP THEIR GOOD TENANTS FROM MOVING OUT INSTEAD OF REPLACING THEM WITH TENANTS WHO MOVE IN AND JUST MOVE OUT WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!!

I GUESS THE GOOD TENANTS ARE PAYING FOR THE MISTAKES OF THE MANAGEMENTS PLACING TENANTS IN UNITS WHO REALLY CAN'T AFFORD THEM. THEY END UP MOVING OUT AFTER A MONTH OR TWO.

THERE IS NOTHING SPECIAL HERE, THE LAUDRY ROOMS ARE USED FOR POT SMOKERS, THE POOLS AREAS ARE KNOW FOR BEER DRINKING PARTIES, THE GROUNDS ON THE OUTSIDE APPEAR OKAY BUT WALK AROUND AND THERE FILLED WITH DOG DROPPINGS, GARBAGE ON PATIOS, BROKEN DOWN BUILDINGS, NO AC, GATES THAT SELDOM WORK, GARBAGE AREAS FILLED WITH NASTY TRASH, AND A MANAGEMENT TEAM WHO SMILES THEN STABS YOU IN THE BACK.

According to Megans Law I counted 16 offenders in this area! Management has no problem leasing to Offenders. I guess they are getting more rent paid by the State for accepting them into the community complex.

I also have the same problem with the bar-b-que's, the charcol fumes smell up my apartment and it is hard to breath. I did address it with management ( my neighbor has 3 huge pits sometimes using wood to start the coles up ) unfortunately they are not able to do anything, but the people down sized to a smaller one, with the help of the management, not much help though. When they get drunk and party the BIG one starts going x:(
