I lived here from August 2007 through April 2008. The old dour skinny dude who appears to be the manager sent my wife and I a notice that the company intended to evict us if we did not vacate --- after we gave them our 30 day notice. MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE AND HAS A DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, the noise in this place is ridiculous after 10 pm and midnights. Neighbor next door had her place broken into and TV, stereo, and other items stolen. Police were frequently at the complex dealing with issues. Visitors frequently took my assigned parking. Security enforcement is nonexistent. I had to call the police more than twice about noise. Overpriced and an unpleasant experience.
