Broadstone offers some nice floorplans and packages which one should not ignore if moving to Vallejo. The office personnel are very warm and friendly. They made our move here quite easy and pleasant.

However, we have been battling ant infestation for 4 weeks, and have made numerous complaints. The only solution provided were ant traps, which do not work. They are coming out of the cupboards, floors, walls, and ceiling! I'm over it! Fix the problem, please.

This property is new construction, and it's great to be the first to move in. But, the carpet installation was laid improperly and seams are obvious and do not blend well. The cupboards are made of cheap materials which warp and split easily (especially above the stove secondary to rising steam). The decor is very attractive. We feel secure with the security gates, but with the ongoing construction, one never knows what is lurking about in the unfinished units.

By the time it took me to write this little epitaph, I picked four ants off my hands and legs. The ants are in my kitchen, both bedrooms and bathrooms, and my closets. ENOUGH!!!!!

All of this having been stated, I've shopped for housing extensively in the Bay Area. Get rid of the freakin' ants and you have a great home for a decent price. Everything is conveniently located nearby.

kinnlee, i am moving there in may i hope this issue is cleared up by then i will be mailbox #167, i hope i do not have these issues but if anything try to reach me by may 27th i start moving the 26th.
