I moved here with the hope of having a nice apartment for myself and my family. I am new to the California area. I am so disappointed with the area and the apartment. If you take a tour of the apartments you will see new apartments, with a small pool and weight room, gated entrances that anyone can enter, poor lighting at night in the front and part of the parking lot, construction workers in and out all day, spiders galore, steaming hot water that you can bearly use with the cold water being on also, cheap carpets, kitchen cabinets that are finished with sticky cherry enhanced paper covering, a regular office staff that never seems to be there, maintenance problems that never seem to get fixed unless you become obnoxious, patched woodwork or ones that are splitting at the seems, need I go on' Oh yes, one other very important matter. If you think that you will feel secure here, think again. There is an apartment complex across the street that is government subsidized. Nothing wrong with being government subsidized, but most of the people that live there and in the surrounding one mile radius tour through the complex whenever there heart desires. They swim in the pool, go to the weight room, walk through the complex during all hours of the night, and use profanity at the top of their lungs while swimming and walking about. If you are thinking of moving here, please don't unless you are use to this type of environment. You must also be a relative of Donald Trump, you know the long lost one from the GHETTO and GHETTO is what I mean in this city!

What bothers me is the ghetto behavior of this place - what your neighbors consider "normal living". Verbally abusing and cursing children at the top of their lungs, in public spaces, having visitors crashing for weeks at a time, trashing the place, creating bizarre noises at all times of day and night...ghetto blasters parked outside your luxury apartment, people spitting on your cars... the place itself is nice, I can overlook any disappointments in the apartments themselves, the nornal new construction issues exist, but it is the people in here that really make it unlivable. They need to police this place internally before I consider living here again.

The only people who are staying at Broadstone village are people who are willing to accept the ghetto mentality that has developed there. There are teenagers hanging around the staircases at night and young adults acting rowdy in the pool. The writer of the above review is just commenting on the sad state of affairs at these apartments. I come from the ghetto, but the Broadstone sterling village is way to ghetto for me.
