i am moving in broadstone next week.i personally thought everything was perfect, the office people where very nice and the apartment was the nicest i have seen in that area by far.as for the constuction workers it is ther job its not like they just hang there they work there.now, about the ghetto part the area did not seem to bad but across the street was a dump.what might be ghetto to me may not be to you and vice versa. but then again i have not lived there yet so i could be wrong. as for the cheap cabinets and rugs what do you want maple cabinets and persian rugs the stuff sure is not the best but not the worst either.will update after i live there for a week.hopefully everything will be ok............
