I have lived here since Dec 2005. I have not had any problems. The apartments are the best in Vallejo. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I have not had any problems with them or the property, construction is completed and all the little details are being finalized. I called the property across the street, they DO NOT take any subdized income or Section 8. Yes there were afew times kids from across the street came into the pool but the staff made them leave. I have notice that this happen at every apartment community I lived in before. I would highly recommend this apartment community over any other one in Vallejo, Trust me I checked out about 10 before deciding to move in after my home sold.
