Based on other communities that I have either lived in or visited, Broadstone Sterling Village is head and shoulders above the rest. The amenities here are great (heated pool, spa, weight room, washer / dryer in unit, dishwasher and microwave). The grounds people are very dilligent and do a great job keeping the community neat and pleasing to the eye. The managerial staff is superb and very attentive to each and every resident (they are able to address most tenanats by name!) I'm a life-long Vallejo resident and this community is by far the best in the area.
